City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:30 p.m. pursuant to the following:

1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case ·pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4).

2. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF APPOINTED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND CONFERENCE WITH LABOR
NEGOTIATORS: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding personnel
matters pursuant to Government Code Sections 54957 and 54957.6 as follows:

Titles: City Manager and City Attorney
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
