This can be facilitated through the VWoA approved signage company . Your AGI Project Manager can assist to add to the project scope if applicable. The following features need to be attended to at the Dealer's expense prior to installation. Pre Install Removal Required: • Existing sign removals are typically quoted to leave the existing sign foundation, cutting anchor bolts to grade and utilizing existing electrical if suitable, and within 6' of the new ground sign location. If the existing foundation requires removal prior to installation of new signage, AGI will provide a quote for these works prior to proceeding. Site and Building Access: • The wall signs are designed to be mounted to the wall with no electrical connections exposed. The sign mounting and electrical connection may need to be made from behind the wall. It would be necessary in these situations to have access in the area. AGI will coordinate a Pre Construction Meeting to review access needs once permits for the signage has been approved. AGI also will coordinate with your GC / Architect to point out the proposed sign location and minimum required access for installation and final electrical hook up. We recommend this work be undertaken by a GC for professional interior finish. Wall Signage Support: • The signage elements are designed for installation of a vertical (flat) wall. Typical backing for installation s upport is¾" plywood at the signage installation area. Access to Installation Area: • Optimally, AGI and our local installer will communicate the on -site schedule ahead of time so that vehicles may be relocated at your convenience prior to arrival. Electrical Hook up: • • Primary electrical supply to within 6' of the sign installation area is not part of the signage proposal scope. AGI will make final electrical connection given that the primary is provided. The signs are designed and manufactured typically for a dedicated 120v, 20 amp circuit per sign location .
