TO: FROM : DATE: RE: City of Carlsbad, Planning Department BNR Investment & Development LLC, Owner 9/13/22 Romeria Pointe Apartments Development Permit Extension Request To whom this may concern: We would like to formally request an extension for our approved Site Development Permit (SDP 2018- 0004), also referred to by DEV 2017-0151, located at 7527 Romeria Street, further identified by APNs 216-300-12-00 and 216-300-13-00. Due to financial factors beyond our control, in addition to delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other projects we are attempting to finish, we have not yet been able to get our construction documents formally approved. We anticipate final approval before the end of the year, and expect to break ground in Ql of 2023.
