Executive Summary The Library & Cultural Arts Department produced the 2024 TGIF Concerts in the Parks series. This presentation will provide a report of the concert series including a review of adjustments made for the 2024 season. Explanation & Analysis None. Fiscal Analysis No financial impact. Next Steps None. Environmental Evaluation This item does not require environmental review because it does not constitute a project within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act under California Public Resources Code Section 21065 in that it has no potential to cause either a direct physical change in the environment or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. This authentic nine-piece ensemble features live steel pans and conga drums for an unforgettable musical experience Attendance: 3,389 Bike Valet: 74 STAGECOACH COMMUNITY PARK June 28 ITEM 2: TGIF 2024 11 {"city of Carlsbad Cultural Arts Finnegan Blue started in 2015 as an Irish rock band, later evolving into a fusion of jazz, funk, and afrobeat. They have since expanded their sound to cover a wide range of styles, including American folk, bluegrass, Americana, New Orleans funk jazz, and traditional Irish music.
