NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:
IF A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC DESIRES TO ADDRESS THE COMMITTEE ON AN ITEM LISTED ON THE AGENDA, A WRITTEN REQUEST FORM MUST BE FILED WITH THE CLERK PRIOR TO THE TIME THE COMMITTEE CONSIDERS THE ITEM. WHEN YOU ARE CALLED TO SPEAK, PLEASE COME FORWARD AND STATE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND ITEM NUMBER. EACH MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE PERMITTED TO SPEAK FOR UP TO THREE MINUTES, UNLESS THE PRESIDING OFFICER HAS ANNOUNCED A SHORTER DURATION AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE
ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC DESIRING TO ADDRESS THE COMMITTEE ON ITEMS NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA MUST SUBMIT A SPEAKER SLIP BEFORE PUBLIC COMMENT IS CALLED. All persons requiring assistance or auxiliary aids in order to effectively participate may contact the Parks & Recreation Administration Office at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to arrange for reasonable accommodations.

3. 2019 Beach Preservation Committee Meeting Schedule INFORMATION
Kyle Lancaster, Parks Services Manager, will provide an update
