Item 1. Approval of Minutes
Recommendation: Approve the minutes of the Nov. 25, 2019, Subcommittee Meeting.
Item 2. City Council Policy No. 39 -Legislative Program
Recommendation: Initiate review of City Council Policy No. 39 -Legislative Program,
discuss proposed amendments to recommend to the City Council, and provide feedback
to staff.
Item 3. City of Carlsbad Legislative Platform
Recommendation: Review the City of Carlsbad Legislative Platform, discuss proposed
organizational framework and schedule for preparing and presenting potential
amendments to recommend to the City Council, and provide feedback to staff.

also be available for review at the City Council Legislative Subcommittee Meeting.
