PUBLIC COMMENT: To speak to the Board on an item on the agenda you will need to fill out a Request to Speak form;
speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each. To speak to the Board on a matter not on the agenda you will need to fill
out a Public Comment form; speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each. In conformance with the Brown Act, no
Board discussion or action can occur on items presented during public comment.
The Library Board of Trustees Meetings are generally adjourned by 5:30 p.m. – any items remaining on the agenda at
that time may be carried over to the next meeting with the approval of the majority of the Board.
