IV. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
If you desire to speak concerning an item listed on the agenda, a white "Speaker
Slip" form should be filed with the Commission Minutes Clerk. Each speaker is
limited to 3 minutes. Please remember to state your name and address for the
record.
If you desire to speak to the Commission concerning an item not listed on the
agenda, the pink section of the "Speaker Slip" form should be filed with the
Commission Minutes Clerk. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. Please
remember to state your name and address for the record.
V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 5, 2018 Senior Commission Meeting.

VII. CONSENT CALENDAR: None
All items listed under consent calendar are considered routine and will be enacted
by one motion as listed, unless an item is requested to be removed for discussion
by a Commission member.

PUBLIC OPEN FORUM
VIII. DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS:
1. SR # 0518-1 ADOPT SENIOR COMMISSION MEETING CALENDAR –
(ACTION)
The Commission will discuss and adopt the Calendar for the 2018/2019 Fiscal
Year.
IX. TOUR:
(Members of the public may join us for the Pine Ave. Community Center tour.
The Teen L.I.T.E. program members will be joining the tour.)
• Commissioners will walk to the Pine Ave. Community Center for a tour.
• Commissioners will then proceed to the Pine Ave community and
ornamental gardens for a tour.
• Adjourn in the parking area of the Senior Center.
The remainder of the categories is for reporting purposes. In conformance with
the Brown Act, no public testimony and no Commission action can occur on
these items.
