The property is located mid-block on the west side of Roosevelt Street between Oak and Pine Avenues, east of Tyler Street. The building is approximately 2400 square feet in size. The permit has been approved with conditions that the site be improved to 1) add a new concrete walkway and entry to the front of the building; 2) add new landscaping including low foliage and palm trees at front of building; 3) add a new green canvas awning over the building entry; and 4) repaint the entire building. If you wish to appeal the decision of the Housing and Redevelopment Director on this matter to the Design Review Board, you must file a written appeal with the Housing and Redevelopment Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this decision/notice.
