Carl's Jr. is making every effort to bring this restaurant up to the Image 2000 standards while respecting the City of Carlsbad, ViUage Master Plan, by keeping the changes to a very simple design modification to the existing roof parapet, repaint the bmlding, replace awnings and signage. There wiU not be any increase in square footage of the building or site changes. The proposed exterior changes respects the character of adjacent developments and wiU surely enhance the Carl's Jr. by bring it up to date without being trendy. PROPOSED CHANGES; Parapet: The replacement of the existing roof parapet with a new stucco parapet of equal height. The new parapet wiU be painted white. Fascia Trim: To be printed Monet Blue. Valence Awnings: The existing back Ut yeUow awnings wiU be replaced by red awnings. The same awning frames wiU be utilized and remain back Ut. Base of Building: To be painted a very pale gray. Double Entrance Doors: To be repainted red, as exists.
