The Union Bank Parking Lot Improvements shall conform to the plans submitted as part of the application, dated and approveel as of July 2, 1996, with the following correction: A minimum of 5' clear distance shall be provided at the ends of parking aisles containing parking stalls located perpendicular to each other (as shown on the redlined set of plans provided by the Engineering Department). 2. Prior to removing and replacing the driveways on Jefferson Street, the applicant shall obtain a City right- of-way permit. 3. Prior to hauling dirt or construction materials to or from any proposed construction site within this project, the developer/applicant shall submit to and receive approval from the City Engineer for the proposed haul route. The developer/applicant shall comply with all conditions and requirements the City Engineer may impose with regards to the hauling operation. 4.
