I AM WRITING YOU IN REGARDS TO A PROPERTY
SETBACK LAW REGASDING R.V.'S, BOATS, ETC. I UNDERSTAND THAT I
MUST BE 30' FROM FACE OF CURB AND CANNOT ENCROACH UPON THE
SETBACK OR I WILL BE IN VIOLATION. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT IF I HAVE
A PROPERTY THAT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PARK WITHIN THE PROPER
FRONT YARD SETBACK FOR THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION AND WILL NOT FIT
IN A SIDE OR BACK YARD, THAT I MAY REQUEST A VARIANCE. THE
PROPERTY IN QUESTION IS 3571 DONNA DRIVE A RESIDENCE NOW OWNED
BY FRED KIKO. I AM PURCHASING 3571 DONNA DRIVE PROPERTY FROM
PERMITS. I HAVE PARKED MY 5TH WHEEL AT THE PROPERTY AND WOULD
LIKE YO0 TO LOOK AT HOW THE PROPERTY IS SITUATED SO YOU MAY
BETTER UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION. ALSO FRED KIKO AT 3561 DONNA
DRIVE HAS A SIMILAR SITUATION SINCE BOTH HOMES WERE BUILT BY THE
SAME BUILDER BACK IN 1960. WE HAVE HOMES THAT ARE A MIRROR IMAGE
FROM ONE ANOTHER. FRED ALSO HAS A R.V. AND WOULD ALSO LIKE TO
OBTAIN A VARIANCE. THE AREA THAT I AM REQUESTING TO PARK MY 5TH
WHEEL SITS ABOUT 3 TO 4 FEET BELOW THE STREET ELEVATION BEHIND A
RETAINING WALL. THE R.V. DOES NOT OBSTRUCT ANY NEIGHBORS VIEW
AND IS ABOUT 22 FEET FROM FACE OF CURB.
