Dear Paul Godwin:
We have read your notice of request for administrative approval regarding the Naser Residence dated July 3, 2001.
We feel that any boats, motorhomes or other recreational vehicles would detract from the neighborhood. If their lot does not have RV parking (behind their fence), then they should consider renting a lot to store these vehicles.
We feel the city is too lax in allowing boats, motor homes, and old cars parked on the streets. For example, the motorhome on Columbine that’s near to Fern Place where we live. Also, the rusted old truck on Cereus Ct and the boat at the Naser Residence thats been on the street and on their front yard. All these are eye sores and do not belong in residential areas.
We have pride in our home and in our neighborhood. We have seen the area go down in appearance because of these things mentioned above.
Therefore, please note our objection to granting approval for the Naser Residence.
