Tilden 5201 Los Robles Drive Carlsbad, CA 92008 Re: REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO PARK A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE IN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK AT 5201 LOS ROBLES DRIVE The Planning Director has completed a review of your request to park a recreational vehicle in your front yard setback, pursuant to section 21.44.060 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the Planning Director has determined that the findings required for allowing the parking of a recreational vehicle in the front yard setback can not be made and therefore DENIES the request, based on the following findings: Findings: 1. That allowing the recreational vehicle to park in the front yard setback will cause the recreational vehicle to encroach into the City’s right-of-way, therefore preventing approval of the request.
