Currently, there is a large recreational vehicle (Nomad Century 5th wheel) that sits in the front driveway and protrudes onto the sidewalk. According to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (C,C & R’s) of Carlsbad Tract 74-14 (A) Unit 2 dated March 29, 1983, “All camper, trailer, boat or other recreational vehicle storage is prohibited in the front yard area of each lot. Such vehicles shall be stored only where permanently screened by a six-foot (6’) high solid fence or wall. Inoperable vehicles shall not be stored on any lot or street within the Real Property.” At this time, we have an objection to the granting of this approval and request to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested approval, if this is what the City of Carlsbad requires. Please call us with any questions regarding this letter. Sincerely, k*4 Sam and Dana Triantis 3625 Haverhill Street Carlsbad, CA 92008 760-434-63 15
