We are property owners and are hoping to upgrade our immediate community in any way that we can. We are extremely proud and happy to be home-owners in Carlsbad. Any administrative approval for the purpose of parking a recreation vehicle in the visible front portion of any property does not meet with our approval. Both my wife and I feel that the lessening of these or any other regulations would not be in the best interest of the neighborhood. We oppose the granting of this approval. Floyd E. rown 8
