NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a 5.29 foot
tall wall within the front yard setback (20 feet) where 42 inches is the maximum and an eight
foot tall wall within the side yard setbacks where six feet is the maximum on property generally
located at, 2663 Cazadero Drive Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 174 of La Costa Meadows Unit 4, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
no. 7367, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego,
July 19, 1972.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
