RE: AV 04-07 - BENDER RV PARKING
The Planning Director has completed a review of your request to park a recreational vehicle in
your front yard setback, pursuant to section 21.44.060 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. After
careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the Planning Director has
determined that the findings required for allowing the parking of a recreational vehicle in the
front yard setback cannot be made and therefore DENIES the request, based on the following
findings:

1. That the boat and trailer may be parked in the existing three-car garage structure
thereby observing all required setbacks.
You may appeal this decision to the Planning Commission. You must draft a letter requesting
the appeal, submit it to the Planning Director, and pay the required fee within ten (10) calendar
days from the date of decision. Please call the Planning Department at 760-602-4624 if you
