NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department of the City
of Carlsbad has received a request to consider approval of a sideyard setback reduction from 10' to 6' and a frontyard setback reduction from 20' to 12'. The application includes a request to erect a 6' block wall within the front setback on property generally located at 7243 Estrella de Mar and more particularly described as:
Parcel 215-140-18, Lot 132, La Costa Valley Unit No. 1, Map 5434
Those persons wishing to submit objections or a request to be heard may do so by calling the Planning Department at 438-5591 within ten days of receipt of this notice.
