Ms. Tessa Silva informs us that she is applying for a variance on her property located at 3335 Valley St., Carlsbad, California.
Since the request for a variance has no direct impact upon the enrollment of students in the Carlsbad Unified School District, we do not require an agreement or contributions from Ms. Silva.
Should future plans call for this property to be developed, it will be necessary for the owner to contact the school district to ascertain the impact on school facilities.
