Dear Mr. Orenyak:
This letter will confirm our agreement with the stipulations as set forth in your letter to me of
March 15, 1983, regarding a set-back variance at the Allard Roen residence.
As stated in my letter of March 11, 1983, to Ms. Adrian Landers of the Planning Department, we promise to make the Roen lot a legal parcel with proper set-backs by either easement (non-revocable) or sale of property from the Central States Pension Fund.
However, we understand that in the event that property cannot be acquired, our only option would be to obtain a variance from the Planning Commission, that there is no guarantee that this would be approved, and if not, the addition would be subject to removal.
