Reference: Mr. & Mrs. David C. Peterson Parcel Split Off of Valley Street
Attention: Mr. Martin Orenyak, Building and Planning Director
Gentlemen:
Our' District has reviewed the proposed parcel split generally located off of Valley Street, directly across from Valley Place as referenced above and has evaluated the impact of that devel- opment on the facilities of our District.
Inasmuch as approval of this request would have no direct impact upon the enroiiment of students in the Zarlstad linified School District, we will not require an agreement or contributions from Mr. 81 Mrs. Peterson as a result of the parcel split. However, when development of the property is proposed, we would need that information for further evaluation. It is highly probable that school contributions would be required at that time.
