Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to reduce the required frontyard setback fran 20 feet to 15 feet on a panhandle lot which will be created by the subdivision of property at 3295 Valley Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
All that portion of Tract 123 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map No. 1661, recorded March 1, 1915.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify Mike
