Dear Mr. Orenyak:
This is to confirm my understanding that an arrangement has been
reached between the abwe-referenced neighbors pursuant to which
Mrs. Gillilan will offer no objection to the existing wall and
will offer no objection to the approval by your staff of an ad-
ministrative variance to Mr. Gerhard.
Based upon the neighbor's accord, Mr. Gerhard shall submit an application for a wall-height administrative variance. We anti-
cipate that the application will be filed next week.
I thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
