Gentlemen:
Ehclosed, for your reference, you will find a copy of your department's
Notice of Request for Admirxistrative Variance. It is ow: understanding that the request for an administrative variame applying to the rearyard setback has been denied.
As stated within the Variame-Supplemental Information Form, the basis for the request is the physical limitation of the property. It is held that the subject property is one of a small mber of parcels in the vicinity that has a Mting depth of property not found with the majority of other poperties in the immediate vicinity.
It is our feeling that the Variance Rmuest is a reasonable request for a limited deviation that would facilitate better use of this residential
property. Such a deviation will not create a negative impact on the neighborhood and will in no way limit the City's abilities to implement
the intent of the General Plan.
As directed by the Owners, I am requesting the opportunity to appeal the
staff denial. Enclosed gw will find the Owner's Check No. 7097, dated
Jamry 10, 1984, in the mount of $50.00 for payment of the appeal filing
fee.
