Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has &en applied for to allow a five-foot high fence, as a pool enclosure within the front yard setback on property generally located on the east side of Garfield Street between Chinquapin Avenue and Date Avenue, Carlsbad, California, and mre particularly described as:
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, in Block "K" , of Palisades, according to Map thereof No. 1747, filed in the Office of the County &corder, February 5, 1923.
