Met with Mr. & Mrs. King and discussed the procedure and continuance of their garage that has been temporarily stopped.
I explained to them that Marty Orenyak and I had discussed
the project and felt that due to the recommendation of the Soils Report from Southern California Testing Lab Engineers, Mr. & Mrs. King could continue the work as recommended by their findings of soils report and design of pinning of slab footings.
Mention was made as to the sideyard setbacks and I told them that Marty was making arrangements to that effect and, hopefully, all would turn out fine in the end.
As of now, work will be proceeding on the footings and will be constructed as per recommended design by Southern California Testing Lab.
