Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been *plied for
to reduce a sideyard setback when the lot is split into 3 parcels on
property located at 1365 Forest Avenue, Carlsbad, California, and mre
particularly described as:
Portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 31, "ship 11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to U. S. Government Survey approved December 27, 1870.
