Dear Mr. Prendergast,
Please be advised that the patio’cover violation must be complied with as soon as possible. The variance request was denied in July 1985. Since that time this office has been waiting for some arrangement to remove or modify this patio cover. As of this time no building plans have been submitted for approval.
Contact this office as soon as possible to discuss this issue.
