RE: The Meadows (Brookfield); Lots 11 & 12, 24 & 25
Gentlemen:
We have requested a variance relative to side yard setbacks and agree
to construction as follows:
1. Lot #12 Encroachment Area
a) interior walls shall be 5/8 in. Type "X" drywall
b) exterior walls shall be stucco
c) the window in the front shall be moved to stay out
of any area within 3 feet of the property line
2. Lot #11
a) exterior wall facing lot 12 shall be stucco
b) a sprinkler shall be installed under the eave
directly opposite the "area of encroachment"
in lot 12
c) any windows closer than 10 feet to the adjacent
house shall be fire rated (wire mesh) glass
3. Lot #24 Encroachment Area
a) interior walls shall be 5/8 in. Type "X" drywall
b) exterior walls shall be stucco
