Re: Variance for 4539 Cove Dr.
To whom this may concern:
I have spoken with the owner of lot 27 and he has explained
that the building located at 4539 Cove Drive has encroached one
foot eight inches into the front setback. He has also indicated
that he has applied for an administrative variance with the City
of Carlsbad and that a letter from me would be beneficial in the r~ A
granting of that two foot front setback variance.
I have no objection to the variance and recommend that the
city grant the request for lot 27,
