To Whom It May Concern:
I am the Managing Agent for the Rancho PonderosaHomeowners Association, located
in Carlsbad, California.
At the request of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dave Kuhns appeared at their No-
vember 1985 meeting, requesting architectural change. The purpose of this
request is to raise the fence from its present height to seven feet (7').
This change was approved by the Board of Directors to allow Mr. Kuhns storage
of his boat within the Association. The approval was also given contingent
on his obtaining the necessary variance permit.
