CONFLICT OF INTEREST
I have submitted an application for an administrative variance. I do not intend to work on this application or to discuss it with staff assigned. I will defer any questions to Frank Lin or my wife, Julie Mermen if acceptable to you.
I would like to avoid any conflict of interest or discussion of favoritism. Per advise from Dan Hentschke, Assistant City Attorney, I am requesting that I be removed from this assigrrrent completely. Bob Johnson has agreed to womn this variance request.
