NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 1987, to consider approval to
allow an eight foot high fence along the south side property line on property
located at 2652 Highland Drive and more particularly described as:
Portion of Map No. 2169 of Wilsonia Tract of the City of Carlsbad.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Planning
Department at 438-1161.
If you challenge the Administrative Variance in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of
Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
