Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
Pursuant to your letter of November 7, 1986, this letter is to confirm my telephone conversation with your office confirming my appeal to your decision to deny my request for a variance.
I am hereby requesting a hearing of this matter. Please be informed that my husband and I will be on vacation from November 18, 1986 to December 2, 1986. Please take this into consideration when you schedule our hearing before the committee.
If you feel it would be beneficial for us to .meet, I would like to explain various things to you that you may not understand. When I spoke with your office, they said it would be best to relay any information you have, at the time of the hearing. I will be circulating a petition to all of my neighbors relating
their approval to our fence.
