Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for
to add on a garage/workshop to existing residence on property located at
2821 Cacatua, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 51 1 of La Costa Meadows Unit No. 3 as recorded on Map 7076 on
file with the County of San Diego.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have
