Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for
to realign fence along the top of a bank of ice plant in the rear yard on
property located 7707 Romeria Street, Carlsbad, California, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 7 of La Costa Vale Unit 1 as recorded on Map 7457 on file
with the County of San Diego.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the
Planning Department in writing within ten days of receipt of this notice.
