Notics is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for
to attach an open lattic lanai to the rear of the residence on property
generally located at 2405 Sonora Court, Carlsbad, California, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 29 of Carlsbad Tract 76-2 as recorded on Map 8581 with the
County of San Diego.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the
Planning Department in writing within ten days of receipt of this notice.
