Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for
to allow a patio cover to encroach into the required sideyard setback on
property located 2697 Sausalito, Carlsbad, California, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 66 of Map 11245, Carlsbad Tract 84-35 Unit 1 on file with
County of San Diego.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the
