Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for
to allow a 10 foot high fence within the rear yard setback on property
generally located at 7315 El Fuerte Street, Carlsbad, California, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 75 of Carlsbad Tract No. 75-4 According
to map thereof No. 8302 filed in the office
of the County Recorder on May 5, 1976.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the
Planning Department in writing within 10 days of receipt of this notice.
