and terraced for any type rtf yard entertainment. Our family goal is fcw the
lower level to be the children play area for lawn games, in conjunction with a
cement area fcw Basketball, Volleyball, Tetherball, Badmi tton and other type

By building a Criblock type retaining wall, results is several benefits: The
wall is very uniform in nature, the unique open-face design presents a pleasing
textured appearance that blend well with all backgrounds, complementinq and
enhancing the landscape, ncd producing an eye sore. It will be planted with
shrub,s that produce a reddish flower for 2/3 of the year thus it becume a' living
wall. the maintenance is low since it can be water and cared for very
efficiently.
3) Explain why the granting of such variance will no' be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in such
vicinity and zone in which the property is located:
The crib wall is solely on my rear property and faces the rear of.al1 adjoining.

interlmking Units, it exhibits exceptional strqgth, plus the ability

coyotes and illegal aliens the travel thrctugh the back yards at night.

comprehensive plan : Granting this variance will set, a standard for retaining wall in the area. The .
creation of this wall will enhance the overall property values in the area. the
