We are unable to attend the hearing on July 20th, but wish to have our thoughts on the matter placed on record. We find the fence in question to be attractive and feel it blends in well with the surrounding area. It, also, greatly enhances the neighborhood. It seems to us that due to the way the house is situated on said property, the front yard IS NOT fenced, but rather the side and back; therefore, in our opinion, the required front yard set-back rule should not per- tain to this property.
