This memo is in regards to our conversation on Wednesday,
March 16, 1988, pertaining to the resident at 4375 Stanford Lane who has built a fence around our sewer clean-out and on
the City right-of-way.
We can not allow our clean-outs to be fenced in like this since we have to have access to them in case of emergencies
or repairs.
We need to set a precedence and understanding that we just can not allow any structures or obstructions on City right-of-ways. We must have an unobstructed access to our City utilities for maintenance and repairs.
