Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to construct a 48 square foot room addition to an existing house that will encroach into the front yard setback on property generally located at 2005 Cordoba Place, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot No. 48 of subdivision Laguna Riviera,
Unit 2 on file with the County Recorder,
County of San Diego.
