We received your letter of May 24 officially notifying us of your appeal of this decision. We subsequently informed you by phone and letter than an incomplete appeal request was made, as the appeal fee was not included. We extended the appeal period to allow time to complete the appeal submittal by sending the required fees. On June 16, we sent a letter to remind you that the appeal was not complete and that the fees should be submitted within 10 days of the date of our letter. This period has now expired and the subject wall must comply with the zoning regulations. This matter has been referred to the Code Enforcement Officer to ensure compliance with the Zoning Code.
