NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 1988, to consider an appeal of Planning Director's denial to allow a retaining wall up to ten feet in height in the
side yard of a single family residence on property generally located at 7219 El Fuerte Street, Carlsbad, California, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 101 of Carlsbad Tract No. 75-4 (La Costa Estates North) according to Map No. 8302, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, California, on
May 5, 1976.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions,
please call the Planning Department at 438-1161.
If you challenge the appeal in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to
the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
