RE: Retaining Wall at 7219 El Fuerte Street.
Dear Mr. Kyle:
Please see the copy of a letter sent to you dated January 4, 1988 regarding
the above referenced matter. As of this date the City has not received
an Administrative Variance application. The wall, in its present location and height does not meet the requirements of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. An Administrative Variance will have to be obtained or the wall reduced in height. A permit for the wall will still be required
in either case.
Please contact this office by February 25, 1988 and relate your intentions
regarding this matter. If you fail to apply for the variance and required
permit, this matter will be turned over to the City Attorney's office
for further I egal action.
