Please see the attached letter sent to you on the 25th of March
regarding the incomplete application and the necessary information required to complete the application. As of the date of this letter
there has been no compliance with the request for the required
information, nor has there been any contact with the Planner assigned to this matter. It is therefore requested that the required
information be submitted in full as of May 6, 1988, or this matter
will be forwarded to the City Attorney for further legal action.
