With reference to our letter of May 2, we have not yet received the additional information we requested in order to complete the review of your Administrative Variance.
A site inspection shows that the subject wall is already installed, and is in violation of the Zoning Code. As this is an existing violation, we must receive the additional information within 10 days or the matter will be forwarded to the City’s Code Enforcement Officer.
For your reference we attach a copy of our previous letter.
