Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for in connection with an existing wall in the front yard setback, in excess of the 42 inch height limit, on property generally located at 2464 La Costa Avenue, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 17, La Costa South, Unit 1.
